We cannot forward messages to the broker, cannot escalate a ticket, and cannot speak on its behalf. Sending an account query to this site will not reach the broker and will not move your case forward. Please use the broker's published support channels so that your request is logged where it can be answered.
We say this at the top of the page because it is the most common misunderstanding we encounter. Our role is editorial: we read, verify, and write about the broker's published terms, fees, and features. We do not stand between you and the broker at any point.
Submit a factual correction
We accept that our articles can contain errors, and we treat a correction as an obligation rather than a favour. If you believe a statement of fact on this site is wrong, outdated, or missing context that changes its meaning, write to us through the contact form on this site. Please identify the page and the specific sentence or figure at issue, explain what you believe the correct position is, and, where possible, point to a public source such as the broker's own published terms or a regulatory notice.
We read every correction request. Where the point is clear and supported, we amend the article and note the change. Where the position is disputed or the source is unclear, we will say so and explain what we have done. We do not remove accurate material because it is unwelcome, and we do not alter reviews in exchange for anything.
The contact form is the only route we offer for corrections. We do not publish a postal address or a direct telephone line, and we do not accept correction requests through social media comments, because those channels do not let us keep a reliable record of what was submitted and how it was resolved.
Write to us in the languages we read
Our desk reads and replies in English and in Hindi. You may write in either language, and you will receive an answer in the language you used. We can read correspondence in other Indian languages with some effort, but we cannot guarantee a reliable reply in them, so if your matter is substantive, English or Hindi will serve you better.
This does not change what we publish. Our articles are written in English for readers in India, and we do not translate them. If a term in an article is unclear to you, you are welcome to ask about it through the form, and we will explain what we meant.
Complain about this site, not about the broker
If you have a complaint about this site itself - about something we published, about the way we handled a correction, or about the conduct of the desk - send it through the contact form on this site and mark it clearly as a complaint. Describe what happened and what outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge it, look into it, and tell you what we found and what we intend to do.
We handle these complaints ourselves. This site is not regulated, not licensed, and not endorsed by any authority, and we do not claim otherwise. That means there is no external ombudsman or regulator to whom we answer for our editorial content, and we will not pretend there is. What we can offer is a direct, recorded response from the people who wrote the material.
Complaints about the broker's service, its fees, its execution, or its treatment of your account are not complaints about this site. We cannot investigate them, cannot adjudicate them, and cannot award any remedy. Those matters belong with the broker's own complaints process, which you will find through its official channels. We will tell you this plainly if a broker complaint reaches us, and we will not hold out any hope that we can act on it.
